• Heili Geelhoed

    Partner - Operations

I hold a Diploma in Legal Administration. As Operations Partner, I take care of bookkeeping, banking, AR, AP and HR functions; in short, everything but design.

    My Vices

Buying shoes; there is always room for one (or three) more pairs. I also have a tendency to try and help everyone on the planet, which can be good and bad.

How I Kick Back At the End of the Day

Reading a good thriller mystery or watching old black and white movies accompanied by popcorn dripping in butter and baby dill pickles.

    If I Was A Chair

I would be a cozy red armchair.

  • Natalia Kwasnicki

    Partner - Design, RID

I have a Bachelors’ Degree in Fine Arts and attained my NCIDQ qualification in 2014.  I carry 10 years of experience working with some of Vancouver’s largest developers, marketing teams and contractors.

    My Vices

I have been (on more than one occasion and, by more than one person) compared to a koala bear. Give me a blanket and a soft surface to curl up in and I will fall asleep.

How I Kick Back At the End of the Day

My off time is spent exploring, from improv and movies, to festivals, street fairs and concerts, to art shows and gallery openings. I am an active member of the Vancouver Art Gallery and am always scouring various Vancouver blogs and magazines to stay up-to-date with what is going on in the city’s art and cultural world.

    If I Was A Chair

I would be a Capo armchair -- classic, slender and well-cut. The chair’s thin edges provide shelter so you can easily curl up and read a book (refer to koala syndrome above).

  • Stephanie Schmitz

    Interior Designer

I graduated from BCIT with a diploma in Interior Design. Over the past four years, I have worked in Hospitality Design, Retail Design, and now Multi-Residential. I am currently working towards writing the NCIDQ exam.

    My Vices

If I see a cat anywhere, I literally stop in my tracks to either pet it or get its attention.

How I Kick Back At the End of the Day

I am happiest when I am outside. Even a quick walk around the neighborhood is renewing at the end of the day. Once I’m back home, I love cuddling up on the couch and watching a good movie or TV show. Extra points if it involves some slippers, tea, and a throw blanket.

How I Kick Back At the End of the Day

Books and karaoke. Fortunately, my family is immune to my unique voice.

    If I Was A Chair

I would be an egg chair. I love the shape and have always wanted to sit on one.
